Imitation Chrome Plating

1. Feature

It is a new and environment-friendly process developed without toxic, pollution, waste water treatment, and high efficiency and energy-saving. The plating bath is stable and easy to control, it can substitute some rack chromium plating and all barrel chromium plating.

1、Color is white and vivid, similar with true chromium, mainly used in barrel plating;

3、Good carrying, small current, fast plating, high efficiency, better than true chromium plating;

4、Non-toxic, nickel-free and without waste water treatment;

5、Plating bath is stable, rack plating and barrel plating is possible;

6、can be plated on layers of bright or matt white Cu-Sn, brass, nickel etc., applicable range is wide.

7、Can be used as the primer for gun nickel, black nickel, gold and silver, with good adhesion.

 1. Put 1/2 water into tank

 2. Put CI-1, CI-2 into water, agitate and dissolve completely.

 3. Put Conducting Salt into the solution.

 4. Add water to standard level.

 5. Try plating and see color
