3. Make-up for 1L Bath

4. Operation to Start-up The Bath
1. Put deionized water to 1/3 of the tank.
2. Add required sodium cyanide, stir to dissolve completely;
3. Add the required copper cyanide with vigorous stirring to dissolve completely
4. Add L-5 Neochel into the solution and stir to dissolve.
5. Add water to required standard volume;
6. Add activated carbon 1-2g/L into bath, stirring vigorous for 1 hours, after 4 hours stay still and do filtration.
7. Add L3 Brightener and L4 Auxiliary.
8. Heating to 40°C, and trial plating can be proceed.
9. Make-up process finished.
