1. Feature

1. Soft plating layer and good level-up, excellent covering ability, high hardness and good anti-corrosion ability

2. Bath can be used for continuous plating until 10 micron thick layer is gained.

3. It can be directly used on the copper and copper alloy, and also as base layer for other plating.

4. Plating layer is in silver white color, suitable for primer layer for electrophoretic paint.

5. High temperature-resistant up to 120C, and good soldering ability;

6.The plating layer can meet EU strict regulation.

3. Operation to Start-up The Bath

1. Clean the tank, put water into tank to the half. Put all required sodium cyanide into the tank and 

stirring to complete disolution.

2. Use clean water to dissolve copper cyanide into paste.

3. Use a big drum to put NFB auxiliary agent and potassium Hydroxide together and stirring, and then put NFT (NWB) Tin salt into them. Stirring until the solution become clear and add it into plating tank. 

5. Keep filtration and trial production in the next day.
